Reveal-S sublimation to 100% cotton film

Reveal-S sublimation to cotton film

I am quite exited about this new method of printing on cotton. For years this was only dream for many printers. There was few attempts of using sublimation inks on 100% cotton t-shirt but they all failed sooner or later. So I got my self box of this, very promising Reveal-S film and I am going to have a go very soon! Please watch what David Gross from Conde got to say about this product.

Conde’s David Gross and Doug DeWitt introduce the new game changing Reveal-S Sublimation to Cotton Film from Vivid Chemical®. This new transfer material uses dye sublimation ink to put images on cotton garments. You can use light or white 100% cotton garments and bold graphics to achieve a low hand impression.

Did you ever try this stuff? Where did you get it from? I have asked the question on the DSF as well.

      Hi,
I did try it and I really like it. its very tricky to work with and need to be mastered, but once you cracked it you will be happy with results. Only down side is it only works with blocky colour images. so if you want to press photo or anything that contains gradients – you will fail. So for logos only. but it does works 🙂

Friend … you are the first person I meet on the internet that has used it, can you tell us a little more about the topic? How can I see your work? Do you have a website? I am very interested in being able to know the material … please tell me what topic should I consider in order not to fail? What pressure? How much heat? How long? I understand that there should be no degraded areas or very clear … tell me friend? What trick did you have to use?

Hello friend, thank you for your information, please just tell me if this product really is like screen printing … it really works as well as it says … it says it resists laundering and it looks like screen printing ink … with All good things … is that true? I’m going to buy my first package to see if it’s functional … hey … can you sell me some sheets?

I didnt test it to many times, but I did liked the finish. System is tricky to use, but once mastered it can be very impressive.
